Questionnaire written by STEV for the GMAN SQUAD COMMUNITY CONTEST.

Hello, potential GMAN SQUAD inductee, and thank you for going through our GMAN SQUAD initiation process. This questionnaire will determine if you are first-rate GMAN SQUAD material. It will consist of two sections: short answer and essay. Read all materials carefully, because if anything is screwed up, you are DISQUALIFIED. Copy and paste this questionnaire into an email and fill it out. When you have completed your questions and essay, send it to thegmansquad@gmail.com with the subject “(Your steam name here)’s Application to THE GMAN SQUAD. (NOTE: YOU FUCKING KNOW WHAT I MEAN WHEN I WRITE “YOUR STEAM NAME HERE.” ANYONE WHO COPIES THAT TRYING TO BE FUNNY WILL BE MOCKED. THAT JOKE GOT OLD WHEN I WAS IN ABOUT SECOND GRADE.) Make sure you also read the bottom paragraph.

Please answer these questions to the best of your ability:

1. What do you want your gman squad name to be?

2. To join the gman squad, you must have a Steam account. What is the link to your steam community page/steam name so we can add you to the roster of contestants? (Hint: don’t fuck this up, asshole)

3. If you were any animal, what animal would you be?

4. Who is your favorite gman squad member and WHY?

5. How old are you? (The more 11 the better)

6. How have you prepared for the gman squad initiation?

7.  If you were to take Xanatos out on a date, where would you take him and why?

8. Have you ever made a machinima video? If yes, please provide a link to your work.

9. What are your five favorite bands?

10. What websites/communities other than the Janus Syndicate do you visit?

11. What are your three favorite video games?

12. When it comes to sexual favors, how much are you willing to do to get ahead? Do you know what the word “Sexual” means, and what is implied by “Sexual Favors”? If no, are you willing to find out?

13. What time zone are you in so we know what times we can contact you about the initiation?

ESSAY (REQUIRED!):

Use the space below to write a story about the GMAN SQUAD. BE CREATIVE.

EXTRA CREDIT:
Make an audition movie for the Gman Squad without using the words ‘Gman’ or ‘Squad’ – something our imitators fail to do. You can approach this however you want – as a machinima or maybe even a real life video blog. Provide a link below. (Note: you don’t HAVE to do this. That’s why it’s called “EXTRA.”)

Thank you for your interest in the GMAN SQUAD. Remember to send this email to thegmansquad@gmail.com with the subject listed above. Sometime within a week you will receive a reply to the email saying if you are accepted to the contest roster, if you sent us a correct steam community page link. When that happens, you will be invited to the GMAN SQUAD IDOL steam group…accept this group invitation and you are in! We will randomly instant message you on STEAM sometime within the next few weeks to do the initiation on the spot, then and there. If you can’t, we will keep trying to contact you.
